First-time guests — or the less observant — may not have noticed yet, but there is something new in the air… like a cool breeze drifting between the tables. Don't worry: our recipes, born in 1997, and the spirit that has been with us ever since remain untouched. But time doesn't let us stand still. It asks us to evolve, to refine the details, and to make every experience deeper, more sensitive, more alive.

That is why we keep transforming the space through art: the music that plays, the colors that surround us, the objects that inhabit the place. It is also how Anacrónica was born — the patio bar, where we take our exploration of signature cocktails further.

It is all part of one purpose: to elevate every moment shared here. Because this is not just a restaurant; it is an emblematic family project in the city, started by Francisco Olano and carried on by Cristina Scarpetta, their children, their families… and by all of you, who are part of this story.
